Since 2012, we have been traveling with the idea of absorbing Japanese culture, in order to have the opportunity to use the various techniques of Japanese cuisine.
“Omakase” or “I stay in the hands of the chef” will be a journey to our beloved Japan, from fresh wasabi, to artisanal soy, to Japanese rice (the heart of Sushi) to demonstrate the true flavor of “Nigiri” in its simplicity with choice, harmony and combination of local daily products of the highest quality.
We are in the “Shokunnin” spirit, true craftsmen totally focused on using the elements that we have at our disposal, as well as the Japanese art of hospitality.
