The Algarve a place to enjoy some of the best fish and seafood in the world. Much fish and seafood from Portugal is exported globally. Bluefin tuna has been caught off our beaches for hundreds of years. Oysters and clams are harvested from the Ria Formosa. Sardines and mackerel run seasonally and are celebrated every year has well as other treasures.
TRIPS TO JAPAN AND PERU
Our chefs regularly travel to Japan and Peru to hone their skills at traditional methods as well as learn new techniques and bask in the different cultures. Our trips are exciting, learning experiences that help us keep focused and recharge our creativity.
