About Us

Our philosophy is a simple one: Seasonal. Local.

In Portugal, we eat seasonally; either from our own garden or what is available at the local markets. Today, we respect that tradition and follow it every day.

Local Fish and Seafood

The Algarve a place to enjoy some of the best fish and seafood in the world. Much fish and seafood from Portugal is exported globally. Bluefin tuna has been caught off our beaches for hundreds of years. Oysters and clams are harvested from the Ria Formosa. Sardines and mackerel run seasonally and are celebrated every year has well as other treasures.
ORGANIC PRODUCE

Home Grown

Southern Portugal enjoys a long growing season keeping our tables overflowing with fresh produce. Nothing is better than your own backyard. Our fruits and vegetables are either grown in our own organic, “PearlAgro” garden or locally-sourced from around the Algarve.
TRIPS TO JAPAN AND PERU

Cultural Experience

Our chefs regularly travel to Japan and Peru to hone their skills at traditional methods as well as learn new techniques and bask in the different cultures. Our trips are exciting, learning experiences that help us keep focused and recharge our creativity.
